Common questions about how EnticeChat works.
No. This platform is for conversation and listening and does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
Yes. Listeners can choose whether to charge per session or per hour and set their own price. The price is always confirmed before you pay.
Users interact through public nicknames. Certain private information may still be required for account security and payment processing, and is never shown publicly.
If a listener doesn't show up, a session is canceled before it starts, or a serious technical problem prevents the conversation, you can request a refund from the session. Requests are reviewed by our team; approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
When a session is completed, the listener's share is released from pending to available balance. Once at least $10 is available, a listener can request a payout, which is reviewed and paid out. Payouts may require identity verification depending on the payment provider.

Use the Report button on any profile or conversation. Choose a reason, add an optional note, and submit. Reports go to the moderation team; the reported person is not told who reported them. You can also block a person, which prevents any new conversations or bookings between you.
