Platform purpose

EnticeChat connects people who want someone to talk to (talkers) with people willing to listen (listeners). The platform provides anonymous conversation and listening services. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention, and listeners are not medical or mental-health professionals.

User responsibilities

• •You must meet the minimum age requirement (18+) to use the platform.
• •Treat others with respect. Harassment, threats, hate, and abuse are prohibited.
• •Never share another person's private information (doxxing).
• •Do not attempt to move paid sessions off-platform to avoid platform fees.
• •Do not misrepresent yourself, including claiming professional or medical status you do not hold.

Listener responsibilities

• •Set your own prices clearly, per session or per hour.
• •Show up for sessions you accept; keep your availability accurate.
• •Never claim to diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.
• •Earnings are credited after sessions are completed and are paid out at your request, subject to the minimum payout amount and identity verification where required by payment providers.

Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Prices are set by listeners and confirmed before payment. Only verified payments unlock a session. Either participant can cancel a session; cancellations before a paid session starts automatically create a refund request. Approved refunds are processed back through the payment provider. Manipulating reviews, payment fraud, and chargeback abuse are prohibited and may result in suspension or a permanent ban.

Account suspension

Users who violate these terms or the Community Rules may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned. Financial records related to transactions may be retained for fraud prevention and legal compliance even after an account is closed.

Anonymous public profiles

Users interact through public nicknames. Your legal name, email, phone, address, and payment details are never shown publicly. Some private information may be required for account security, payments, and legal compliance.

Limitation of service

The platform is provided as-is. It does not provide professional support, and conversations with listeners are not a substitute for professional help.
