What we collect, what's public, and what stays private.
We collect your email address for account creation, sign-in, and essential notifications. Your legal name, email, phone number, home address, and payment account information are never displayed publicly.
Your nickname, avatar, bio, topics, languages, and — for listeners — pricing, availability, status, completed session count, and aggregate ratings are visible to other users.
Payments are handled by the payment provider. Card details and payout account details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored in the app. Transaction amounts, dates, and statuses are recorded for accounting.
Messages are stored so both participants can view the conversation, and retained where necessary for safety and moderation records. Conversations are private between the two participants; they are not end-to-end encrypted and should not be treated as completely private from platform moderation.
Reports are visible only to the moderation team; the reported person is not told who reported them. Financial transactions (earnings, fees, payouts, refunds) are recorded in a ledger for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
Financial and safety records may be retained for fraud prevention, legal, and compliance purposes even after other data is removed. We do not claim that data is deleted immediately where records must be kept.
You can edit your profile, change your public information, and sign out at any time. For help with your account, contact EnticeChat Support at enticechat@gmail.com. Because financial records may need to be retained, deleting visible profile data does not erase transaction history.
