EnticeChat Account and Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. 1Open EnticeChat and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Go to Profile (the account and settings screen).
3. 3Scroll to the account section and choose Close my account.
4. 4Read the confirmation, then type DELETE in the box.
5. 5Confirm with Yes, close my account. The deletion starts immediately, and you are signed out.

The in-app flow requires you to type DELETE so that an account cannot be closed by accident. It only ever acts on the account that is signed in.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email enticechat@gmail.com with the subject “EnticeChat account deletion request”. Please include:

• Write from the email address that is on the EnticeChat account, whenever possible.
• Include the account's email address and the nickname shown on the profile.
• Tell us clearly that you want the account and its personal data deleted.
• If you cannot write from the registered address, we will reply with a verification step before anything is deleted.

The button opens your email app with the request pre-filled. Send it from the address on your EnticeChat account if you can.

What is deleted

When your account is closed, the following is erased or anonymized:

• Profile details: nickname, bio, profile photo, topics, languages and response-time preference.
• Notifications, availability windows and block lists.
• Companions you created: unpublished, deactivated and their creator name cleared.
• Your posts (hidden) and comments (hidden, with the author name anonymized).
• Your likes, follows, hidden posts and rate-limit records.
• All of your AI companion conversations and their messages.
• Any live human session left over from an earlier version of EnticeChat, with the other participant notified.
• Any active AI message plan, canceled with the payment provider so you are not billed again.
• Your sign-in record, removed from the account list by our team, ending the session.

What may be retained

Some records are kept, privately, because the law or fraud prevention requires it. They are never shown on a public profile:

• Payment, credit, subscription, payout and refund records, with the audit log that supports them.
• Safety and moderation reports, and the message history attached to them.
• Your 18+ declaration record, kept as evidence of the declaration you made.
• Records we must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks or legal claims.

These records are kept only for as long as the relevant tax, accounting, dispute or safety rules require, and then deleted or anonymized.

How requests are processed

In-app deletion runs immediately, as soon as you confirm. Email requests are acknowledged and then handled by our team, normally within 30 days and always within the period your local law requires. We may ask one verification question before acting, and we reply to the email address that made the request to confirm when deletion is complete.

We never ask for your password by email, and we never delete an account on the instruction of someone who has not shown control of it.

What happens after deletion

• You are signed out, and the account can no longer be used or signed into.
• Your profile, posts and comments stop being visible, and your companions leave the public library.
• Your companion conversations and messages are gone.
• Deletion cannot be undone from inside the app, and a new sign-up starts a new, empty account.
• Retained financial and safety records stay private and are never shown on any public profile.
